These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member", "User", or "Player") and CashCity99 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at cashcity99.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile versions, or applications.

By completing the registration process, accessing your member account, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any supplementary terms published in relation to specific promotions, games, or features. In the event of any conflict between supplementary terms and these Terms, the supplementary terms shall prevail in respect of the specific matter to which they relate.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. The Platform enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to suspend accounts pending age confirmation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship order, or similar restriction that would prevent you from entering contracts.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. The Platform makes no warranty that its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform under these Terms or any earlier version thereof.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not fall within the definition of a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Sole Account Holder: You must be registering the account solely for your own personal use. Registering on behalf of another individual is prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be truthful, complete, and accurate. Any material misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account termination.

To access the Platform's services, you must complete the registration process in full. You are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact details. You must create a unique username and a secure password.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The Platform employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate registrations. If more than one account is discovered to be associated with a single individual — whether under the same or different names — the Platform reserves the right to:

• Merge or close duplicate accounts without prior notice;
• Void any bonuses received through duplicate accounts;
• Withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation;
• Permanently terminate access to the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. The Platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

You must notify the Platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. The Platform will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Details of the dormancy policy are available on request from the support team.

In accordance with standard international gaming compliance requirements and for the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, CashCity99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before a Member's first withdrawal and may be required at any other time at the Platform's reasonable discretion.

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's License, or International Passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, showing the Member's full name and current residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A real-time photograph of the Member holding their identity document beside their face, ensuring both the face and document details are clearly visible.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, the Platform may request evidence of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of the e-wallet account or the first and last four digits of a bank account).

Standard KYC reviews are completed within 24 to 48 hours of all required documents being submitted. The Platform will notify the Member of the outcome via the registered email address or live chat. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation beyond the standard requirements where circumstances warrant further verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20 (Tron network)

• Minimum single deposit: RM30. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered solely in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The Platform does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to the member account within 60 seconds. Bank transfers via FPX or IBG may take 5 to 15 minutes.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts held in the same name as the registered member account. The Platform will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by membership tier.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be processed until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• The Platform targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts during business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 15 to 30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.

The Platform offers various promotional incentives to Members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

1. Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have successfully completed registration and where applicable, satisfied any minimum deposit requirement specified in the promotion.
2. Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
3. The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already claimed a promotion will not be retroactively affected by any such withdrawal or modification unless fraud or abuse is detected.
4. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
5. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the specific bonus terms and these general conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms (e.g., X10, X15, or X20 of the bonus amount). Wagering requirements must be met within the specified bonus validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claiming).

When a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per game round is RM300 unless the promotion terms specify a different limit. Placing bets above this threshold while a bonus is active may result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the following default contribution rates apply:

• Slot Games: 100% contribution per wager
• Live Dealer Table Games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution per wager
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on qualifying bets at minimum odds of 1.50
• Poker, Lottery, Keno: 0% contribution (excluded from wagering)

The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and terminate accounts where it reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal actual risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; colluding with other Members; or exploiting technical errors or glitches.

Members are required to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with games, place bets, or otherwise access Platform features in an automated manner.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage must be reported to the Platform immediately and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or coordinated play designed to circumvent the house edge or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or interfere with the Platform's server infrastructure, databases, or backend systems.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other Members through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
• Creating accounts under false identities or using another person's identification documents.

Any breach of these acceptable use obligations will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds.

All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to the CashCity99 brand name, logo, domain, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of the Platform or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for the purpose of personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Platform.

Game titles, provider logos, and associated content displayed on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by the Platform under valid licensing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability;
• Any service interruption, technical error, system failure, or downtime affecting access to the Platform or the outcome of any wager or game round;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from your own breach of these Terms;
• Any decision, outcome, or consequence arising from your participation in games or sports betting activities on the Platform.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any Member, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any Member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of the Platform for money laundering;
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Discovery that the Member is a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2;
• Suspected use of prohibited software, bots, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities;
• Duplicate account detection;
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account has been compromised or is being accessed without the Member's authorisation.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, the Platform will process any remaining eligible balance (subject to KYC and wagering requirement compliance) and close the account within a reasonable administrative period.

Upon account termination: all bonus credits are immediately forfeited; any real-money balance eligible for withdrawal will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method subject to satisfying identity verification requirements; access to the Platform will be permanently revoked.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence. Members acknowledge that the Platform operates pursuant to applicable gaming licensing requirements.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact the Platform's customer support team via live chat to seek informal resolution. The Platform will endeavour to address all complaints in good faith and in a timely manner.

Where informal resolution is not achievable, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with any dispute resolution proceedings unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.

Nothing in this Section shall limit the Platform's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
